Returns & Exchanges

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any issue with your purchase (e.g. damage, defect, or incorrect item), please contact us within three (3) days at hi@space-clemens.at. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will work with you to find a solution.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at hi@space-clemens.at, or send the completed withdrawal/return form to the address listed below.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. custom-made or individually configured pieces).
Opened or used items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

We accept returns only if they are initiated no later than 14 days after you receive the goods.

Returned items must:

be in the original packaging, and
include any instructions and accessories supplied with the item.

Please use our return/withdrawal form for the return (download link to be provided on the website).

Return Shipping Costs and Refunds

Within the 14-day withdrawal period, you may return the ordered item free of charge. Please contact us and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will refund the purchase price via the original payment method.

Please note: it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider/bank.

Important Notes on Returns

Our products are carefully packaged to avoid transport damage. For returns, please keep the original packaging, proof of purchase, and any labels.

If the outer shipping carton was damaged during delivery, you may be required to provide additional packaging material for the return shipment.

We are not responsible for items lost during the return shipment. Please keep the receipt with the tracking number as proof.
